XP Health is working towards a digital-first vision and has announced a partnership with two companies, namely, Employee Navigator and Bennie. Employee Navigator has HR and Administration software for health insurance brokers, while Bennie is an employee benefits platform which is helping employers, employees, and their dependents understand the range of modern solutions like training, coaching, insurance, and consulting.
The company is planning to expand its reach and mission of providing quality vision care experience to employees and their dependents from the partnership with Employee Navigator and Bennie. Currently, around 250,000 people are covered under their vision program, and they have partnered with more than 3000 business customers from 30 business customers in the last two years thus the company is growing exponentially.
Former Oracle EVP and CFO Mr. Jeff Epstein has also joined the company as a board director which will help the company to accelerate its growth.
