
Infinitus Systems, which is a Healthcare AI communication company, has secured $51.5 million in Series C funding from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z). Other participants were Kleiner Perkins, Memorial Hermann Health System, Coatue, and Google Ventures (GV).
In the year of 2019, Ankit Jain and Shyam Rajagopalan founded Infinitus Systems with an aim to make the healthcare and medical field “waitless”. The company has major achievements like it has automated more than 4 million phone calls that impacted around 125,000 providers. Another notable achievement of Infinitus System is that it has launched dozens of AI agents, of which a few are telephonic while others are purely digital. They also did around 300+ improvements in their current systems in the last 6 months.
Around 44% of Fortune 50 companies have partnered with Infinitus Systems. The company has also announced the general availability of its first AI copilot: FastTrack™. The company has around 170 people, and it is expanding by hiring top-notch candidates from top institutions and other healthcare firms. With this round of funding, the company is planning to expand.
